APPLICATIONS · CONVEYOR & SORTING
Engineered limit and safety switches for belt alignment, diverter gates, and maintenance access—built for continuous sorting throughput and rapid response.
THE DEMANDS
Long conveyor beds generate continuous vibration and accumulate packaging dust. IP65/IP66 enclosures protect contact mechanisms from dust contamination and wire loosening.
High-speed diverters and pushers operate within millisecond windows. Fast snap-action contacts with low operating differential ensure consistent signals on high-volume parcel lines.
Clearing parcel jams requires opening access panels. Safety interlocks with forced-disconnect NC contacts physically isolate drive motors before hands enter the belt area.
SWITCH POSITIONS
A belt that drifts sideways touches the trip arm before it touches the frame. The arm trips the drive and the belt keeps its edge.
TZ-8 Series
TSA Series
Diverters and pushers report their end positions to the control. The signal confirms the gate arrived before product reaches it.
TZ-8 Series
TLS Series
Panels that open for jam clearing carry interlock switches on the drive circuit. Opening a panel stops the drive before hands reach the belt.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS
These are general suggestions based on technical specifications. Contact our engineering team for a recommendation specific to your line.
BELT ALIGNMENT & DEFLECTION
Heavy metal housing with a stainless steel roller and wide ±95° swing arm, engineered to detect belt misalignment without mechanical damage.
JAM ACCESS DOOR INTERLOCKS
Key-operated safety interlock with certified forced-disconnect NC contacts (EN 60947-5-1). Prevents conveyor drive restart while jam clearance panels are open.
HIGH-COUNT POSITIONS
Economy switch for the many positions along a long line.
WHAT MATTERS
Presence, gate position, and door interlock are three different duties. Each one takes a switch chosen for that role.
At sorter speed, a position signal has a short window to land. Repeatability matters more than any single reading.
Lines that get washed down, in food and parcel halls, take sealed switches at the frame.
Belt width, sorter speed, and the number of diverters are enough to map the switches along the line.
MAINTENANCE
Line maintenance happens between shifts. The switch checks below join the same round.
NEXT STEP
Tell us the line: belt width, sorter speed, and the number of stations. Our engineering team will map the switches.
