SAFETY BY MECHANICAL DESIGN
A safety limit switch monitors guard doors, covers, and hazardous zones on machinery. The direct opening mechanism forces the contacts apart by physical action, the structure that safety standards require for guard circuits.

QUALITY AND PRODUCTION
Here is how we hold that standard.
Send the door size, the actuator direction, and the fault scenario you design against. We will point you to the right series.
WHERE LIMIT SWITCHES WORK
Landing door interlock switches confirm a door is closed before the car moves. Direct opening contacts break the door circuit mechanically when the door opens.
Enclosure door interlock switches stop spindle and axis motion while the door is open. Manual reset versions keep the machine stopped until the operator closes and checks the door.
Mold gate switches stop the clamp while the operator works in the mold area. With a manual reset switch, restart happens only after the operator resets at the gate.
Jam doors and access panels along a sorting line carry interlock switches on the drive circuit. The drive stays locked while any panel reports open.
Send the guard layout and the standard your machine certifies to. We will confirm a standard model or scope a custom build, and answer urgent requests the same day.
